New Delhi, Jan 17 (ANI): Mocking Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar at the All India Congress Committee (AICC) meet said that Modi could never become the prime minister, and added that if he wants to sell tea at the meet, the Congress can arrange for it.
