New Delhi, Sept 26 (ANI): The Congress Party on Thursday condemned the twin militant attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, and said it is aimed at obstructing the peace talks between Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York. In a major attack, the militants have killed at least 12 people in a police station and an army cantonment in Jammu and Kashmir.
