Technology giant Microsoft, in collaboration with Amazon India, is offering an exchange deal on the company's flagship tablet Surface Pro 4.

The company is giving away Surface Pro 4 (with Core M CPU) for just Rs. 58,890, Rs. 31,100 less than the original price. Prospective buyers just have to buy the tablet on Amazon and enter the order ID and details of the old device (any Windows PCs, Apple MAC series, iPads in working condition) they want to exchange on Microsoft's affiliate Reglobe website (HERE) for verification.

Once the documents get validated, consumers will get a notification on the exchange value of the old device as per Reglobe's evaluation and an additional cash bonus of Rs. 20,000.

However, consumers have to buy the smart-cover with keypad separately.

For the uninitiated, Microsoft launched Surface Pro 4 in January in India with prices ranging between Rs.84,990 and Rs. 1,44,990, based on configuration.

The new Surface Pro 4 sports a massive 12.3-inch PixelSense display with 2736x1824p resolution. Under-the-hood, it comes packed with the company's proprietary Windows 10 Pro OS, 8MP primary camera on the rear-side, 5MP HD snapper on the front and a high capacity battery where-in user watch video for close to 9 hours.

It comes in three 6th Gen Intel chip variants- Core m3, Core i5 and i7 with m3 Intel HD graphics 515 and i5 Intel HD graphics 520 and i7 Intel Iris GPU respectively. Based on the requirement, users can choose 4GB/8GB/16GB RAM option for system configuration.
