After months of speculations, Huawei has finally pulled the wraps off the much-awaited flagship smartphone, Honor 7.

Going by the specification list, the new Huawei Honor 7 is a true premium smartphone. It features state-of-the-art biometric technology-based fingerprint sensor for secured unlocking and also flaunts all-metal body made of airplane grade aluminum.

Under the hood, it houses a feature-rich 20mp camera with Sony sensor, stacked (3rd gen BSI sensor), 6-phyisical lens, f/2.0 aperture, dual-LED flash, sapphire protective glass, full HD video recording, 4X Zoom and on front, it comes packed with 8mp back-illuminated camera with LED flash and f/2.4 aperture.

Huawei Honor 7 ships with the proprietary Hisilicon Kirin Octa-core SoC (System on Chip), backed by sumptuous 3GB RAM, 16GB/64GB memory and a 3100 mAh battery that keeps the device running for close to 416 hours under standby mode.

Huawei Honor 7 release date and price detail:

The company has confirmed that the new Huawei Honor 7 will come in three variants: 16GB storage/Single-SIM, 16GB/Dual-SIM and the top-end model with 64GB/Dual-SIM for ¥1999 (around $322/€290/₹20,500), ¥ 2199 (around $355/€319/₹22560) and ¥ 2499(around $403/€362/₹25637) respectively.

All three models will come in silver, gold and dark gray colour options. Prospective buyers need to get registered in order to make purchase on 7 July. Registration window will be open from 1 July (10:08 am) to 6 July (6:00 pm). [More details, HERE].

As of now, there is no official word from Huawei on when it would release the flagship Honor 7 in India, but if we take any cue from history, Huawei is most likely to launch the device by July-end or early August in the subcontinent.
