A 54-year-old Mexican man has been registered as disabled because of his 18.9-inch manhood. Roberto Esquivel Cabrera from Saltillo is credited with the title of "world's largest penis," but the massive size has left him with no work.

Cabrera first hit the headlines in 2015 when a video of him measuring his 18.9-inch manhood went viral. His manhood is so long that it hangs below his knees and he made it that big by stretching it using weights.

But this massive manhood has forced him to register as disabled because he cannot wear a uniform or kneel down.

"I cannot wear a uniform like anybody in the companies and also I cannot get on my knees. I cannot run fast and so the companies think badly of me. They say that they will call me, but they never do," he told the Daily Star.

Earlier, the government had disapproved his claim, but now they have officially registered him as disabled.

"Every four months they give me some economic assistance but it is not enough. I visit the food banks every day to take my meals at 12 'o clock."

Doctors advised him to undergo reduction surgery, but he refused it.

"We have advised him 'Mr Roberto, the best thing for you is that the doctors give a normal shape to your penis so that it doesn't hurt you, in order to have sexual relationships, in order to have children," Doctor Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez said, adding, "But he doesn't accept it, he'd rather have a penis bigger than the rest of the people."

He now wants to work in porn film industry. In fact, an adult entertainment company has even offered to pay for a reduction.

"I would like to be a porn star and I think I would make a lot of money over there," he said, according to The Sun.

Roberto's manhood measures 18.9 inches and weighs two pounds (0.9kg). His massive manhood has even caused some health issues and his penis needs a separate pillow to escape discomfort while sleeping.
