Jeep has introduced special limited edition of its Wrangler in the UK, expanding the SUV range. Dubbed the Jeep Wrangler Night Eagle, the new edition was revealed at Geneva Motor Show in March this year.
The Wrangler Night Eagle edition comes draped in a choice of striking colours and will be up for sale only in 66 units. The Night Eagle edition comes in Xtreme Purple, Alpine White or Solid Black paint and gets black grille accent, dedicated hood deals and 18-inch black wheels. The body colour grille of the Wrangler Night Eagle is accented with mid-gloss black throats, headlamp rings and a Jeep Brand badge.
Inside, the new Night Eagle features diesel grey and piano black Interior with grey accent stitching on the centre console and front door armrests, while the front and rear door grab handles and vent rings are painted piano black for added contrast. It comes with nine-speaker Alpine Premium Audio System with CD/DVD/MP3, 6.5" colour touchscreen with satellite navigation and USB connectivity and all weather slush mats.
The true Jeep DNA is further emphasised with Jeep Command-Trac 4x4 System. This helps the wrangler to gain flexibility for maximum traction on wet surfaces, under extreme weather conditions or for off-roading. Powering the Jeep Wrangler Night Eagle is 2.8 litre CRD engine 199bhp, mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. The SUV can sprint from 0 to 62mph in 10.7 seconds and attain a top speed of 107mph.
The new Jeep Wrangler Night Eagle is expected to go on sale in the UK this week.
