Chennai, Dec 24 (ANI): MDMK took to streets in Tamil Nadu to demand central government to declassify files related to the disappearance of freedom fighter Subhas Chandra Bose. MDMK led by party Chief Vaiko and another regional party Trinamool Congress (TMC) held a joint protest saying the inquiry report on the leader's death must be made public. Reportedly, there are several files which have been categorised as Secret and Classified relating to issues like acquisition of Jankinath Bhavan (now leaders birth place museum) by the then government of Odisha, the appointment of inquiry committee to review the circumstances of Boses death and his mortal remains kept in Rankoji temple in Japan. Vaiko said the government must not hide the truth and the files related to leader be placed in public domain.
