The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) announced the results of the elementary school teacher candidates' examination 2016 in the stream of Arts, Commerce and Science on June 29, at 10 a.m. on the official websites — mbose.in and megresults.nic.in.
Students can access their results by following the given steps:
- Log on to official website
- Click on the result tab
- Fill in the required details
- Click on Submit
The results will be displayed on the screen.
The Meghalaya Board of School Education was established in 1974 at Tura, according to India Today. It is in charge of conducting the SSLC examination and framing the course curriculum.
The examination process was earlier conducted by North East Hills University (NEHU). But the board since 1996, has been handling all academic matters related to the framing of the curriculum for all classes, including SSLC and HSSLC, following NEHU's discontinuation of the pre-university course.
