Srinagar, Sep 11 (ANI): People's Democratic Party president Mehbooba Mufti was on Wednesday detained as she was heading towards Shopian district where four persons were killed in CRPF firing last week. A preliminary police inquiry into the killings has found that three of the four people were local civilians. Mufti condemned the act and said 90 % youths have been killed in Kashmir during Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah___s tenure.
