New images of Maruti's Swift Dzire facelift have hit the web again, this time in a completely undisguised avatar, painting a clear picture of the styling changes and the features made to the updated Swift sedan.

It has been a busy year for the country's largest car-maker Maruti. Now after launching its all new Ciaz and the facelifted Swift in the country, Maruti is rolling up its sleeves to launch its new Swift Dzire facelift.

The Dzire facelift has already been spied a number of times in the country and now the folks at GaadiWaadi have caught the car on camera again. Interestingly, this time the spy photographers have also managed to click the interior styling of the updated Swift Dzire.

From a styling perspective, the facelifted version of Swift Dzire wears an aggressive and bold front look with its tweaked headlamps and reworked front grille. The company also seemed to have worked on rear-end profile of the upcoming sedan and we can also see sporty alloy wheels of the car in the picture.

Speaking of the cabin, the prototype picture shows the push start/stop button and we also expect the car to accommodate features like electrically adjustable wing mirrors, new upholstery and six-speaker sound system with Bluetooth and iPod compatibility music system.

Designed to rival Honda's Amaze, Hyundai Xcent and Tata Zest, the new Swift Dzire facelift will not see any mechanical changes. Under the hood, the car will continue to use the same 1.2-litre K-Series petrol and 1.3-litre multijet diesel engines.

Although we were expecting the car to make its official entry by December, the emerging reports suggest that the release date of the facelifted Dzire could be pushed back to January 2015. The new Dzire is likely to carry a price tag in the in the range of ₹5 lakh to ₹8 lakh.
