Lucknow, Nov 10 (ANI): Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Monday filed his nomination papers for election to the Rajya Sabha from Uttar Pradesh on the last date for nomination on ten seats of the state. At present he is not member of any house in the parliament. Elections, if needed, will be held on November 20. Samajwadi Party, BSP and Congress party nominees have already filed their nominations. Parrikar said he was proud to file nomination from UP. Further the Defence Minister said that he would be defenceless before press but never let the nation be defenceless.
