After Shah Rukh Khan it looks like Akshay Kumar will romance a Pakistani beauty in his upcoming film. The upcoming film is said to be a remake of the blockbuster Tamil film "Kaththi" and the Pakistani beauties who have been reportedly approached for the leading role are Sadia Khan and Maya Ali.

However, if all goes well then only one of Pakistani beauties will be able to share the screenspace with Akshay in the Hindi version of the "Kaththi," which is titled as "Ikka."

Maya of "Mann Mayal" fame and model Sadia were in India recently where they met producers, director and an A-list actor for a Bollywood movie.

"They called my manager around three months ago and asked for my availability," Maya told Dawn. "Before anything, I mentioned my restrictions and when they were okay with it, my visa process began."

"I met their producer, male lead and director. I told them directly that I am not dying to come to Bollywood or anything because I have a lot of work in my own country. I have some issues regarding wardrobe. Until those issues are sorted out, I won't say yes to them," she added.

While Maya has not confirmed anything, Sadia said that she has read the script and she loved it. However, Sadia also said that the talks are in process with both of them.

"It's not a song, but a whole film. I've read the script, and the role offered is fantastic," Sadia told Dawn. When asked her about Maya being approached for the same movie, Sadia said, "It's too early to answer that since the talks are still in progress."

"Ikka," a remake of Vijay's "Kaththi," will be directed by AR Murugadoss and it will feature Akshay in a double role. The film is expected to go on the floors in August this year and the makers are expected to finish the shooting of the film in two months.
