Manjhi meets Bihar Governor, requests for secret ballot voting

Patna, Feb 09 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Monday met the state Governor over crisis in the government. Manjhi said that he has requested the Governor to hold a secret ballot voting and counting should be done in the presence of leaders from both sides. He added that he has left everything on the Governor to decide.
