Colombo, Nov 15 (ANI): Sri Lankan President, Mahinda Rajapaksa on Friday said that the Commonwealth members must focus on development challenges rather than turning into a 'judgmental' body as he addressed the dignitaries at the opening ceremony of CHOGM. The meet kick started under the shadow of alleged human rights abuses in the island country during its 25-year war with minority Tamils.
