Kolkata, Jan 09 (ANI): After the victim’s father in Madhyamgram gang-rape case filed a plea in Kolkata High Court seeking a CBI probe into the case, the court on Thursday gave an alternative to the state government to take up the case efficiently failing which the court will take up the issue. The lawyer confirmed the same and said that court expects a CBI enquiry ordered by the government as police administration has been careless in handling the same.
