The three Khans of Bollywood - Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Saif Ali Khan - have been targeted by a religious outfit for choosing Hindu life partners but not having converted to Hinduism.

Shah Rukh Khan married Gauri Khan in 1991, Kiran Rao and Aamir Khan got married in 2005 and Saif married his second wife Kareena Kapoor Khan in 2012.

Now, Hindu Mahasabha - in the editorial of its weekly publication "Hindu Sabha Varta" - has reportedly challenged the Bollywood celebs to convert to Hinduism if they "truly love their wives". They have also allegedly dared Fardeen Khan and Emraan Hashmi to convert their religion.

The group even called Gauri, Kiran, Kareena and other Hindu wives as the victims of "love jihad".

Earlier, Kareena's morphed image was used on the cover page of the magazine "Himalaya Dahvani" by Vishva Hindu Parishad's (VHP) Durga Vahini as a campaign against "love jihad".

The image showed the upper half of the actress' face decked with sindoor and a bindi, while the other half covered in a burqa.

However, it is still not known whether the three Khans will accept or ignore the challenge of the religious outfit.
