New Delhi, Dec 13 (ANI): As the Lokpal bill came back to the political centrestage with Anna Hazare's ongoing fast and the approaching Lok Sabha election, JD (U) leader Shivanand Tiwari said that the bill should have been passed way earlier. He said that both the BJP and Congress are trying to get credits for the same but the reasons for its delay will definitely be questioned.
