Scenes from the Sree Kanteerava StadiumSayantan / IBTimes India

FULL TIME! There was a final attempt on goal by Juanan but not on target again. The match ends goalless. Points shared.

Remains to be seen now what happens at the AFC Cup 2017 match between the two on Tuesday at the same venue. For now, this is me Sayantan signing off. Have a great weekend.

88' Jeje Lapekhlua takes to the centre stage. Balwant Singh comes off.

Meanwhile, the goal by Katsumi was disallowed as the BFC goalkeeper Arindam Bhattacharya was fouled.

85' GOAL DISALLOWED! A brilliant Sony Norde free-kick saw the header of Katsumi and the ball bulleted inside the goal. However, the linesman has seen it as an offside.

80' So the Mohun Bagan fans are not at all pleased with the referee. They have launched a lethal attack on CR Srikrishna and yes, the 'F' word is involved. It all happened after a card was not shown to a BFC player following a foul on Sony.

75' SHOT! Lalhimpuia plays out a fine pass to the captain marvel Sunil Chhetri. His final shot is whiskers away from the post.

Meanwhile, the attendance for the match at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium is 10,124.

71' Mohun Bagan down to ten men now. Huge twist in the match. Subhashish apparently showed dissent to the referee.

68' RED CARD FOR SUBHASHISH BOSE! He gets his second yellow of the match.

67' CK Vineeth comes on for Eugeneson Lyngdoh. Can he change the game now?

62' An hour of play is over and still no signs of goal.

56' Header from Sandesh Jhingan on goal, but the ball is just wide. Nice cross from Watson.

54' Good news: Shilton is back up and the play resumes.

49' The BFC assistant coach is just infuriated after a penalty has not been awarded to his side. Meanwhile, the home side have got a chance to score now from a freekick.

Eugeneson takes it and oh dang...Shilton Paul has fallen awkwardly and is getting treatment now.

8:10 pm IST: Second half kicks off.

Half time! Goalless so far. Both teams have created quite a few chances so far, with Bagan creating more chances of the two. Anas Edathodika has remained pretty impressive for the Mariners so far as well as Katsumi Yusa and Balwant Singh.

For BFC, Eugeneson Lyngdoh has been the only bright sign so far.

43' Powerful shot from Katsumi Yusa now. The match is slowly building its pace!

40' AND AGAIN! Eugeneson with another great shot on goal, but it's just missed the post again.

37' Shot! Eugeneson and Chhetri combining after a long time. The former takes a shot on goal after a good cross drom the skipper but nothing comes of it.

34' Pritam Kotal with a shot on goal...but the ball is just wide.

32' Bagan trying their best to get the lead in the game. The wing attack -- featuring Katsumi on the right and Sony on the left -- is terrorising the Bagan defence.

27' Nishu Kumar gets a yellow card for a rough challenge on Katsumi.

Free kick for Bagan.

CHANCE! Katsumi launches the cross inside the box... Balwant heads it and a brilliant save for Arindam.

25' More than 25 mins gone and yet no sign of goal. Both teams giving their heart out in the midfield though. So far, Chhetri, Sony and Duffy have come close to scoring.

19' Yet another freekick for the home side. Watson takes a short one, but nothing comes out of it.

18' What a shot! Darryl Duffy comes so close to scoring with a thunderous shot. Not on target though.

13' More than 10 minutes of the game is over and we can't see a single good shot on goal. Chhetri came close to scoring from that free-kick but nothing more.

Meanwhile, Sony Norde takes a shot on goal from the left wing...and Arindam catches it.

9' Mohun Bagan's Subhashish Bose gets the first booking of the match.

7' From what we've heard so far, the Mohun Bagan fans are completely overpowering the BFC fans in terms of noise levels.

Meanwhile, BFC have a chance of getting the lead from a free-kick...so close to the goal.

No....and the ball is high of the goal!

4' Sony - Katsumi - Balwant -- look out for that trio in the Mohun Bagan attack!

2' The home side have started the game with quite venom, before we saw a moment of magic from Katsumi Yusa from the Mohun Bagan right wing.

7:07 pm IST: HERE WE GO!
