Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif's paradise is falling apart, but Deepika Padukone isn't interested in it.

According to BollywoodLife, the "Bajirao Mastani" actress walked out of an event after she was asked for her statement on the alleged RK-Kat split.

The web portal's source further added that she doesn't want to be dragged into this controversy, much like what was reported about Salman Khan who reportedly said he doesn't want anything to do with the breakup.

Meanwhile, the "Fitoor" actress has very brilliantly opened up about the rumours surrounding her love life. She has neither denied nor confirmed the latest development and yet has given a stupendously diplomatic answer to questions related to relationship troubles.

"Being in the public eye, you are going to be written about in media. It happened to me early in my career. We need each other, we work together. The media also helps us in passing the message to the audience. It is part and parcel of the job. Take the good with the bad," The Press Trust of India quoted her as saying.

In other news, Khan had apparently advised Kaif to come out and admit her breakup and not dodge questions about it at media interactions. Is her recent rant about her alleged split a Khan effect?

While the answer to that is best left to time, what is already known is the breakup timeline. The Kapoor scion's closeness to ex-flame Padukone during "Tamasha" shoot and promotions was the first crack, reports suggest. It widened further when the Brit import wanted marriage and  RK reportedly stuck to his non-committal attitude.
