South Korean consumer electronics giant, LG on Friday (12 September) announced that the company will soon roll out the mid-range smartphone series - L Fino and Bello in select markets starting this week.
"LG is committed to bringing quality mobile devices to consumers of all segments because today's savvy smartphone customers aren't content with just the basics anymore," said Dr Jong-seok Park, President and CEO of the LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company.
"We are confident that L Fino and L Bello will be strong options for customers seeking performance and feature-rich smartphones at competitive prices," he added.
The company has confirmed that the new L Fino and L Bello smartphones will first hit stores in Brazilian market this week, and a few weeks later in other regions in Latin America, Europe, Asia and the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States). However, the price details of the device are still under wraps.
LG L Fino sports 4.5-inch WVGA (800x480p) IPS display and comes packed with Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB inbuilt memory, 8.0-megapixel camera and a VGA camera on the front.
Whereas the second model- LG L Bello flaunts a bigger 5.0-inch FWVGA (854x480p) IPS display and also houses a tad faster quad-core CPU (1.3GHz), backed by Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS, 1GB RAM and 8GB inbuilt memory.
On the camera front, it features an 8.0-megapixel camera on the rear-side and a 1.0-megapixel snapper on the front side.
