Lenovo has launched the Indian version of the K5 Note with some feature upgrades over the Chinese variant that was released earlier this year. It has superior RAM, battery and operating system but comes with the same price tag, except for the 4GB RAM variant.

The Lenovo K5 Note is priced at Rs. 11,999 for the 3GB RAM model and Rs. 13,499 for the 4GB RAM. So, the lower-end model will take on the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Rs. 11,999) and LeEco Le 2 (Rs. 11,999) in Indian market.

Display:

All the three devices sport a 5.5-inch display with 1,080x1,920 pixels (403 ppi pixel density).

Processor:

The LeEco Le 2 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor, while the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor and the Lenovo K5 Note has a MediaTek Helio P10.

Operating system:

The Lenovo K5 Note and LeEco Le 2 run Android 6.0 Marshmallow, while the Redmi Note 3 comes running Android 5.0.2 Lollipop based MIUI 7.0.

Storage:

Both the Lenovo K5 Note and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 come packed with 32GB internal memory expandable up to 128GB via microSD card and a 3GB RAM. The LeEco Le 2 also has a 32GB internal memory and a 3GB RAM but without microSD card slot.

Camera:

On the other hand, the Lenovo K5 Note has a 13MP main camera with PDAF autofocus, an f/2.2 aperture and dual-tone LED flash apart from an 8MP front-facing camera.

Battery:

The Redmi Note 3 is powered by a 4,000mAh battery, while the Lenovo K5 Note has a 3,500mAh, and a 3,000mAh with LeEco fast charging technology in the Le 2.

Conclusion:

The LeEco Le 2 scores more in terms of processor, operating system and camera. Its battery also comes with LeEco fast charging technology. The Redmi Note 3 and Lenovo K5 Note have microSD card slot, but the Le 2 has an edge over them.
