Lenovo A6000 Plus with 2GB RAM Officially Launched in India; Price, Specifications

Chinese consumer electronics major Lenovo officially launched the new A6000 Plus variant in India on 17 April.

The company (via Twitter) has announced that new Lenovo A6000 Plus will be sold exclusively on Flipkart via flash sale. The registration service will reportedly go live at 2:00 pm on Friday.

Key difference between the original Lenovo A6000 and its Plus variant is that former model houses 1GB RAM and 8GB memory, whereas the latter comes packed with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage capacity. Other specifications of the devices remain same.

It features 5.0-inch HD IPS display and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat with custom Lenovo Vibe UI v2.0, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 SoC (System on Chip), 8mp camera on the rear-side, 2mp snapper on the front, and a 2300 mAh battery.

Lenovo A6000 Plus price and release date details:

The company has confirmed that the new Lenovo A6000 Plus will go on sale on 28 April at ₹7,499, ₹1500 more than the original A6000 variant.

Competition:

Once released, Lenovo A6000 Plus will compete with the popular Moto E (2 Gen) LTE, Xiaomi Redmi 2, Microsoft Lumia 640, HTC Desire 326G, and other domestic brands.
