Leaked images of the Samsung Galaxy Alpha hint that the upcoming phone will be a fresh breath of air in terms of its design. With a unibody metal design, the Galaxy Alpha series of smartphones has been designed keeping in mind the patrons of the brand.

Few days back Samsung tipped to release their three new Smartphones under Galaxy Alpha series -- Alpha A3, Alpha A5 and Alpha A7.

Expected to be unveiled at CES in January, a French website NoWhereElse has leaked few images of the Galaxy Alpha A7 from Chinese telecommunication equipment certification agency Tenna. According to the leak, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha A7 will measure 150.9x75.9x6.3mm and weigh just 131g in a metal casing. Significantly the latest Apple flagship iPhone 6 has a thickness of 6.9mm.

According to the leak, the Galaxy Alpha A7 will come equipped with a 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. Powered by a Snapdragon S815 octa-core processor with a clock speed of 1.5GHz, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha A7 will feature 2GB of RAM. The Galaxy Alpha A7 will also bundle 16GB in-built memory with an extension support by MicroSD cards.

The device also features a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera for imaging needs. According to the configuration the Galaxy Alpha A7 is expected to remain on the higher end Android smartphones with a premium feel.
