New Delhi, Jan 5 (ANI): Commenting on yet another heinous crime of a minor girl rape case in Bangalore, NCW Chairman Mamta Sharma said that there are laws made but are useless until they are implemented. Sharma said that the government needs to be more alert in such cases. She also said that this was disappointing that the case was lodged after the victim was admitted to hospital. The NCW chairman also said that the fund for women safety should be used for the purpose too.
