After Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal announced that he had written to Congress and BJP on issues for which AAP wanted 'unconditional support', leaders from both parties criticized him for being 'arrogant'.

Kejriwal sought 10 days to respond to Lt Governor of Delhi Najeeb Jung, who had invited him to form government in Delhi as AAP emerged as the second largest party in the assembly polls with 28 seats.

Upon the 'unconditional support' extended from Congress and BJP the day before the meeting, Kejriwal hit back asking the grand old parties to support some 16 issues, including Jan Lokpal Bill, that AAP discusses in its election manifesto.

Here are the latest reactions

Giriraj Singh, BJP leader: "ArvindKejriwal should stop nonsense ..@AamAadmiParty has own manifesto ..form the govt and start delivering ..stop playing with Delhi"

Vijender Gupta, BJP leader: "Today Kejriwal's behaviour was very irresponsible. He is in a position to solve yet lists out problems. Something is wrong"

Shoaib Iqbal, Janata Dal United (JDU) MLA: "I don't see any prospect of a government being formed in Delhi now after Kejriwal's latest stand."

JP Agarwal, Congress leader: "Jaise koi bin painde ka lota hota hai, aisi haalat kar rakhi hai siyaasat ki unho ne (They have turned the politics into a bottomless mug)."

Balbir Punj, BJP leader: "So much arrogance does not work in public life. He thinks he is country's 'Bhagyavidhata'"

B C Das, Congress spokesperson: "AAP talks of common people. So they must realize that it will be people's money which will be spent in re-elections."

Jay Panda, Biju Janata Dal (BJD): "You are new in politics and are offered unconditional support from parties then its incumbent upon you to form a government."

Kumar Vishvaas, AAP leader: "Even today BJP and Congress are thinking of how to gain political mileage and not of the people."
