New Delhi, Nov 27 (ANI): After Assam State Commission for Women took up suo motu cognizance of the Lakhimpur gang rape and murder case, Women Social Activist Annie Raja said that delay in the case is breaking down women’s faith in the system. She said that it is shocking that police failed to arrest the perpetrators and locate the vehicle even after 5-6 days of the crime.
