Here's some good news for fans of Zee TV's "Kumkum Bhagya." The popular show, which has been ruling the Television Rating Points (TRP) charts since its inception, completed two years of successful run on Friday, April 15.
Since the beginning, the show's lead actors Shabbir Ahluwalia (Abhi) and Sriti Jha (Pragya) and their sizzling on-screen chemistry has been loved by millions. Not just the couple Abhi-Pragya, the unexpected twists and turns in the storyline and the excellent performances by the cast have been crucial in making the show a success.
Elated with the show completing two years, Sriti told Tellychakkar.com that she is fortunate to be a part of it. "I am immensely proud of Kumkum Bhagya. The past two years have been all about happy work days. The show has bought together the best people- which bring me to the team. It's a beautiful bunch of people both in front and behind the camera. I feel fortunate to be a part of the show," Sriti told the web-portal.
Shabbir, Shikha Singh aka Aaliya and Arijit Taneja aka Purab also took to their social media pages to thank viewers for showering their love and support.
"Ty guys for the wishes , happy 2 years to all u guys , THANK YOU for everything #kumkumbhagya #birthday #love #family (sic)," Shabbir posted on Twitter.
"2 Years of Awesomeness! Happy Birthday KumkumBhagya! You've given me a lot of friends and memories for life , You're special and shall always be! Thankyou @ek_ek_ekoo :-)) And Thankyou everyone for all the Love! #2YearsOfKKB (sic)," Arijit posted on Instagram.

Meanwhile, in the upcoming episodes of "Kumkum Bhagya," Abhi will apparently realise that Pragya is his Fuggi, whom his loves unconditionally. Although Pragya will try avoiding Abhi's questions after being confronted by him, Abhi will learn the reason behind his Fuggi's sudden transformation from a kind and demure Bahu to a bold lady. Not just that, after learning Pragya's truth, Abhi will also extend his help in her mission to unmask Tanu (Leena Jumani).
