Lives of Abhi (Shabbir Ahluwalia) and Pragya (Sriti Jha) in "Kumkum Bhagya" were already in one big mess when the latter met with an accident, went missing and re-appeared in an all-new avatar to humiliate the Mehra household.
The situation is clearly out-of-hand and very sticky for everyone in the family, but Pragya and Abhi have shot for a sequence that will hopefully help calm down the tension.
According to a Bollywood Life report, Abhi crawls into his room using the balcony when Pragya mistakes him to be an intruder. As a result of this, she beats him up using a wooden stick.
In a YouTube video shared by India TV, the TV actors stressed on the same saying the segment was shot in a light mood. Sriti later jokingly said that when the time-outs take long she ends up hitting the entire unit at times and not just her co-star.
On the surface, it may seem like a 'serious' sequence, but both Shabbir and Sriti assured there's nothing crucial about the scene.
In other news, Pragya's rude and detached behaviour is temporary and is only to support her big plans of unmasking Tanu and Aaliya's evil doings.
