Kourtney Kardashian's three kids might soon have another sibling. The latest news suggests that the reality TV star is pregnant again with Scott Disick and is still in the early months of her pregnancy.

A source close to Kim's elder sister said that Kourtney's family have had mixed reactions to the news but Kanye West's wife and momager Kris Jenner have been very supportive. The source added that the eldest of the Kardashian clan reportedly downplayed the situation when some of them were in disbelief, reminding her family that she always wanted four kids, In Touch Weekly claimed.

Just a few days after news of her pregnancy broke, the 37-year-old TV personality was on her way to a clinic with her youngest son, Reign. The mother of three dressed casually for the occasion, in a white top and leggings. However, Scott wasn't anywhere to be found.

Although In Touch Weekly reported that Kourtney is expecting her fourth child, several other news outlets have debunked the report.

In a recent article, Gossip Cop reported that Kourtney is not pregnant. The outlet quoted a Kardashian representative, who confirmed that Scott and his baby mama are not adding another member to their family. The article also argued that she can't possibly be pregnant because Scott made it obvious on "Keeping up with the Kardashians" that a third baby is a strain.

Kourtney and Scott share three children-- Mason, 6, Penelope, 4 and 18-month-old Reign. They split in 2015 after dating each other for nearly 10 years.

Sources close to Kourtney and Scott earlier said that they aren't planning to get back anytime soon. In fact, the reality star stated several times on E!'s reality show that she wouldn't get back together with Scott.
