New Delhi, Dec 10 (ANI): Former Seemapuri elected Congress MLA Veer Singh Dhingan said that AAP's newly-elected MLA Dharmendra Singh Koli is a drunkard and he and his party leaders threw liquor bottles in his home and mis-behaved with his wife. He further said that he was not present at the spot when the incident took place and that a proper investigation should be carried on on the case. Talking about the counter allegations on Dhingan, he said that he is not frustrated and it is natural that one wins and other loses in elections.
