Kareena Kapoor Khan, who plays the role of an ambitious marketing manager in R Balki's "Ki and Ka," will be seen promoting her film in a unique way. The actress will be seen on several business news channels along with analysts discussing the Union Budget 2016.

Kareena will share her views Feb. 29 on the Union Budget, things she would like to be added and also what changes she wants to see. The "Ki and Ka" actress feels special provisions should be made for women and education should get more attention.

"She will talk about what she hopes from the budget on a few business news channels. She feels that special provisions should be made for women, especially with regards to their safety. She also feels that children's education should get more attention," a source close to the actress told Hindustan Times (Feb. 26, Mumbai).

Kareena has been keeping a tab on the developments and hopes the Budget will benefit the aam aadmi this year.

"Hopefully, this year's budget will prove beneficial for the common man. I feel the government should focus more on education and literacy awareness. Also, the tax structure needs to be streamlined. But, the most important aspect is women's safety," she told HT.

In other news, the actress is gearing up for the release of her film "Ki and Ka." The film, directed by R Balki, features Kareena as Kia and Arjun as her husband Kabir. "Ki and Ka" is about a married couple, but with a twist. Arjun is a house-husband, while Kareena is a career-oriented woman and the breadwinner of the house. The film is slated to release worldwide April 1.
