New Delhi, March 05 (ANI): After AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal was detained in Patan district, north Gujarat for alleged violations of the model code of conduct, party leader Prashant Bhushan questioned on the 'arbitrary act' and asked if the state comes under India Constitution or has made its separate Constitution. He said that this comes in fundamental rights of citizen to move to any state and Kejriwal only visited the state to take note of the reality of Narendra Modi's 'development model'. He also said that the detention shows the state government's intention to hide the truth behind 'developments' in the state.
