New Delhi, Dec 31 (ANI): Even as Delhi Chief Minsiter Arvind Kejriwal fulfilled his party's promise of providing free supply of 700 litres of water everyday for Delhi households, Congress leader, Sandeep Dikshit on Tuesday said Kejriwal had only partly fulfilled his party's promise.
