Kate Middleton's pregnancy rumours continues to grab the headlines and the latest one suggests that the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting only one child.

Insiders also claim that the Duchess is allegedly underweight.

Life & Style magazine in their latest issue reported that Middleton is willing to risk everything for another baby.

Middleton is avoiding public appearances due to medical issues related to her second pregnancy. She is confined to the palace for 27 days due to the health problems, according to the magazine.

Insiders are also speculating that Middleton could be suffering from acute form of morning sickness which she suffered in 2012 while she was pregnant with the first royal bay, according to International Business Times.

"She is so tired at the end of the day, she collapses on her bed," a royal source told the magazine. "She is way beyond exhausted. It's a particularly worrying time for William. He is very concerned."

The Duchess appeared healthy during her last royal trip to Australia and New Zealand, but insiders says that she has lost weight and it's quite apparent to those around her.

"One source says people who saw Kate recently report her weight has plummeted," reads the report. A fitness expert alleged that the Duchess' current weight estimated at 98 pounds is not good for her health.

Middleton is too concerned about her condition which is affecting those around her. "She doesn't want to let anyone down," said a source.

But Prince William is by her side supporting her and keeping her happy. He even consulted top doctors about his wife's health.

"They adore being parents and are eager to get on with adding to their family. They're ready," said a source.

Last week, OK! magazine in their issue claimed that Middleton is pregnant with twin girls.

"Kate has always wanted a daughter, and she's talked about it so much that William did too," an insider told OK! Magazine. "Kate's upbringing with Pippa [Middleton] was idyllic and she always wanted to have girls of her own to carry on the legacy of strong, happy women. Plus, she thinks George having sisters will be tremendously good for his character."

But Life & Style's report claims that she is pregnant with only one child. The magazine further added that the royals are unaware of the gender of the baby.

Meanwhile, even though the magazines reported about Duchess's health and gender of the baby, an official announcement from the Palace or by the couple is yet to be made.
