Bollywood has given many hit pairs in the past and still continues to do the same. But some experiments seems to have certainly failed.

From Deepika-Akshay to Kareena-Imran, some on-screen couples could not impress the audience. The films as well as their chemistry failed to make a mark in Bollywood.

Here are a few on-screen pairs who failed to impress the audience:

Kareena Kapoor-Imran Khan

Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor could not create magic in "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein." Though they appeared as a fresh couple, their chemistry was not impressive. Both, the movie and the experimented pair, failed to make a mark in Bollywood.

Priyanka Chopra-Uday Chopra

Priyanka Chopra and Uday Chopra's "Pyaar Impossible" did not do well at the box office. Also, the pair themselves could not create any spark. The two couldn't connect to each other, as a result of which they couldn't connect to the audience.

Deepika Padukone-Akshay Kumar

"Chandni Chowk to China" would have turned a hit as it had Akshay Kumar and his stunts. But pairing him with Deepika Padukone proved to be a disaster. The pair failed to create good chemistry, which in turn affected the film.

Shahid Kapoor-Rani Mukerji

Pairing Shahid Kapoor and Rani Mukerji didn't bring a good result for "Dil Bole Hadippa." Believe it or not, Shahid looked too young compared to Rani and also, they lacked on-screen chemistry.

Sonakshi Sinha – Ajay Devgn, Imran Khan

Sonakshi Sinha has been paired with several actors from Ajay Devgn in "Action Jackson" to Imran Khan in "Once Upon A Time in Mumbai Dobara". But Sonakshi was unable to create the same magic that she had created in "Dabangg" with Salman Khan.
