Bangalore based smartphone maker, Karbonn has released a low-cost phablet Smart A27+ in to the burgeoning Indian handset market.

The new budget phone can be purchased at popular online shop Flipkart for ₹8,999, whereas e-commerce site Saholic is offering the very same device for ₹9,499.

Karbonn Smart A27+ sports a 5.0-inch display with 540x960p resolution and runs on Android v4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS powered by 1GHz dual-core processor with 512MB RAM and 4GB inbuilt memory which can be expanded up to 32GB through microSD card.

Considering its price, the smartphone houses a pretty decent 8.0-megapixel camera with LED flash support on the rear side and a VGA camera. The phone support 3G Network, Bluetooth with A2DP support, and Wi-Fi.

Karbonn Smart A27+ is the third device from the company to hit the market in July. Earlier this month, Karbonn had launched the new generation Titanium S9 for ₹19,990 and a budget-priced A50 for ₹3,999, just a few days go.
