Karan Patel, popularly known as Raman of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein", is known to admire Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

Karan's postures and expressions in his onscreen role tend to remind viewers of the "Raees" actor. Though the hunk has always denied imitating the "Dilwale" actor, he is often seen sporting a pony tail and spectacles, resembling the superstar.

However, it appears the actor is no longer inspired by the Badshah of Bollywood, as he now sports a new look.

Karan took to his Instagram account to share a picture of his new look.

Though the actor looks as handsome as always in the picture, his new look with no similarity with SRK may disappoint some of his Twitter followers who used to makes collages of his and SRK's pictures.

Meanwhile, "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" is going through a rough phase where misunderstandings between the brothers Raman and Romi (Aly Goni) have made the former leave the Bhalla house with wife Ishita and children.

There are reports that in the upcoming episodes, the show's lead pair Raman and Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) will fly to Paris for their honeymoon.
