"Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" actor Karan Patel and wife Ankita Bhargava (Ankita Karan Patel) have finally flown down to London for their long delayed honeymoon. As fans have been waiting for them to post some pictures from their trip, Ankita has shared some pictures from their first day in the city on her instagram page.
In the photos, the couple looks very much in love amid the beautiful background. In one of the pictures, Ankita captioned it as "Whn in London, No need for filters! #londonlife with d Love of my life... First evng together In Our Fav City [sic]."
Ankita had earlier told India Forums that London is Karan's favourite city and he was excited to take her to the place. "Yes. Finally, it's time for our long overdue honeymoon, a year after marriage! But it's worth the wait. More than me, Karan is excited to take me to a place that he loves the most. He has already planned our POA for most of the days," Ankita had told India Forums.
Karan and Ankita's marriage in May last year sparked controversy as Karan was said to be in a serious relationship with Kamya Punjabi before meeting Ankita. Since then, rumours of their troubled marriage have been doing the rounds. Although the actors have repeatedly denied any trouble in their married life, the separation rumours continue to make news. However, with Karan and Ankita's honeymoon trip, it looks like the rumours will finally die down.
Meanwhile, Karan's "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" co-star Anita Hassanandani aka Shagun too has taken a break from the shoot and is currently holidaying with her husband Rohit Reddy in Maldives. The couple has been sharing cute and romantic pictures from their trip on social media accounts.
