The makers of "Kapoor and Sons," starring Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Fawad Khan, released the film's trailer on Wednesday, Feb.10. Directed by Shakun Batra and produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, the trailer gives a glimpse of the fun-filled movie.
As the title suggests, the film revolves around a Punjabi family of Kapoors. Fawad and Sidharth are two brothers named Rahul and Arjun, and Rishi Kapoor plays their grandfather. Rishi, who is referred to as "Dadu" in the movie, has already captured hearts with his quirky and unrecognisable look. Ratna Pathak Shah and Rajat Kapoor plays Fawad and Sid's parents in the film.
In the trailer, Rahul and Arjun returns to their childhood home after five years. While living together, family secrets unravel and the characters seem to misunderstand each other. The film promises to be a roller-coaster ride.
After KJo's "Student of the Year," the "Shaandaar" actress, along with her rumoured boyfriend Sidharth, will appear on the big screen for the second time. Releasing on March 18, the film is a love triangle and thus, it will be interesting to see Fawad-Alia's chemistry alongside Sid-Alia's romance.
