Kajal Aggarwal is finally ready to work with Chiyaan Vikram. The "Thuppakki" actress is all set to romance the actor in his next movie, which is directed by Thiru.
"She is confirmed for the film. Both, Vikram and Kajal will start shooting for my film from March. She will be playing an ultra-modern girl in this action-packed film," the Times of India quoted the director as saying.
Kajal Aggarwal had received a few offers to work with Vikram earlier, but she could not take up the films for one or the other reason. She was supposed to pair up with Chiyaan in his forthcoming "Iru Mugan". But after the movie underwent some changes, she was replaced by Nayantara in the film, directed by Anand Shankar, a former associate of AR Murugadoss.
The 31-year-old has multiple movies in her kitty. She is currently working in Randeep Hooda starrer Bollywood movie "Do Lafzon Ki Kahani", Mahesh Babu's "Brahmotsavam", Pawan Kalyan's "Sardaar Gabbar Singh" and Jeeva starrer Tamil film "Kavalai Vendam".
Talking about Vikram's character, Thiru revealed that Chiyaan will have a different look in the film and he has grown a beard for his role.
Thiru, who has directed three films before, has not delivered a big hit at the box office yet. He hopes that the forthcoming movie, which is tentatively titled "Garuda", will bring him success.
On the other end, Vikram is busy with "Iru Mugan", which is being shot now. It is a science-fiction thriller that also has Nithya Menen in a key role.
