In what was seems like a failed attempt to mend their tainted relationship, celebrity couple Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez reportedly had an ugly fight after their romantic getaway in St. Maarten, hinting that they could head for another break-up.
Justin Bieber, 20, and Selena Gomez, 22, had a heated argument St. Maarten airport after the former didn't pop up the question despite giving that he would propose to the former, according to an exclusive report by Hollywood Life.
"Selena was expecting him to propose on their trip and he didn't. She was disappointed and when she brought it up he flipped out," a source told Hollywood Life. "The thing is, when they got back together he told her he was already ring shopping, it's one of the reasons she agreed to take him back. Selena wants that security, she is ready to take that step with him and he promised her that he was too, but he was just leading her on."
It seems Gomez is ready for marriage and expected Bieber to propose during their vacation. She may not take the relationship seriously till her boyfriend assures her with a ring.
"Selena was definitely sending Justin a message," added the source. "Until she gets a ring on her finger, she will never say she is in a relationship. She will continue to play it cool."
The couple reportedly got back together a couple of months ago after breaking up last year. It was reported that Gomez was no longer jealous of Bieber and trusted him completely despite being seen with other girls, including "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and model Kendall Jenner. There were also reports that the "Baby" singer was in love with Gomez.
The couple may be together again after an "on again off again" relationship but Gomez still seems to feel insecure because of Bieber's closeness to other girls if the latest report has anything to go by.
It is also reported that rift between the couple started after Bieber went out with Kendall Jenner on a dinner date at a restaurant in Paris but the real issue seems to be the question of marriage. It seems Gomez wants to take their relationship to the next level by tying the knot but Bieber seems to be taking things casually.
