Jisha murder: Actor lands in troubleFacebook

Days after the investigators released the sketch of the suspect in connection with the brutal murder case of Jisha, a law student in Kerala, a small time Malayalam actor has landed in trouble for looking similar to the killer.

Netizens have been sharing the photos of Thaslik, as he resembles the sketch released by the police on Thursday. According to reports, Jisha's murderer is said to be a 5-feet 7-inch tall man who has fair complexion and messy hair. Thaslik's hairstyle and complexion have made the netizens assume that he is the culprit. However, a few others have objected to the posts on social media, requesting the public not to defame an individual by sharing pictures on public platform and asked them to directly contact the police if they get details of the suspect.

Thaslik, who has acted in the periodical movie, "Anchampura," currently works as a salesman in a shop in Paravoor and soon after his photos went viral, he is said to have visited a nearby police station along with ward member. Through a Facebook video, he has also requested the social media users not to defame anyone based on false information.
