To test how carefree people are about their digital security, Jimmy Kimmel aides took to the streets to extract the real passwords of people by tricking them.

In Thursday's Jimmy Kimmel show, some people revealed their real passwords of their internet accounts, on camera, without thinking twice.

With advancement in technology, cyber security has become a major issue these days.

From hacking private details of a person to getting hold of national security informations, nobody's life seems to be safe in the cyber world.

Jimmy Kimmel's "What is your Password" video has gone viral on the internet. The video shows many people, initially trying to avoid telling their passwords, but later getting tricked and eventually spilling it.

One woman said that her password was her dog's name and her high school graduation year. But the interviewer asked her a couple of questions, showing interest in her life, and the woman did not even realize that she had revealed her password on camera.

The most common password is "123456".

Meanwhile, the U.S. President Barack Obama has unveiled some proposals to crack down on hackers. However, it is every individual's duty to try and be safe by not revealing such crucial information to any random person.

The video, which was uploaded on YouTube on Friday has so far been viewed more than 3.5 lakh times.
