Salman Khan, who will be on "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa" this weekend to promote his upcoming action movie "Kick," has been shooting promos for the show. During the recent shoot, he reportedly met the nine-year-old Akshat Singh, who has won many hearts with his exceptional dancing skills on the show.

"I just thought of it as another promo shoot. But when I saw Salman entering the studio, I was shocked and couldn't react for a minute. I rushed to him and gave him a tight hug. I asked him, 'How are you Salman bhai?' to which he replied, 'I am good, Akshat bhai'," The Times of India quoted Akshat.

Akshat had become an overnight sensation post his appearance in "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." After a cartwheel, headstand and a split he managed to leave the live audience in awe of him, even garnering a standing ovation, according to reports.

The chubby dancer, despite his weight limitations, has impressed the judges on the dance reality show. His performances and daring acts have even landed him the perfect 30 marks quite a few times.

The young dancer says that he will never forget the meeting with his ultimate superstar. "We had a blast during the shoot. While walking towards him, I got stuck between a chair and the wall, so Salman said this is why I must lose weight. I replied, 'Gaadi mein petrol nahi daalenge toh chalegi kaise?' I will cherish this memory of meeting him forever," said Akshat.

Directed and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Khan's next will be quite a treat for the fans as it has gravity-defying stunts and some mind-blowing chase sequences. Releasing on 25 July, the movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez as Khan's love interest and Randeep Hooda, Nawazuddin Siddiqui in pivotal roles.
