New Delhi, Dec 19 (ANI): JD (U) leader Shivanand Tiwari on Thursday said that the possible alliance between the Congress and the RJD is not going to affect the Nitish Government in Bihar. According to reports, the Congress is no longing harping on going it alone in Bihar and is all set to seal a pre-poll alliance with Lalu Prasad’s Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD).
