Patna, Dec 27 (ANI): Four JD (U) MLAs have been disqualified for indulging in ‘anti-party activities’ on Saturday. The disqualified Bihar MLAs are Ajit Kumar who was elected from Kanti, Suresh Chanchal from Sakra, Poonam Devi from Deegha and Raju Kumar Singh from Sohebganj. The order was passed by Bihar Legislative Assembly Speaker Uday Narayan Chaudhary while citing anti-defection law. The MLAs, however, alleged that the proceedings were unlawful and that they will go to higher courts and appeal.
