New Delhi, Dec 22 (ANI): Even as Jayanthi Natarajan resigned as union environment minister reportedly part of a planned shake-up of the Congress and government by party vice-president Rahul Gandhi in the run-up to general elections next year, CPI Leader, Atul Anjan on Sunday said that Natarajan's resignation depicted her failure and Congress's tattered state.
