Bogan is said to be inspired by John Woo's Hollywood movie Face/Off, a science-fiction starring John Travolta and Nicolas Cage. It is said that the story of Bogan has been modified to suit the tastes of the local audience.
Meanwhile, the Bogan team has wrapped up a major part of the shooting. It is expected to be completed in the next few weeks. On the other hand, Arvind Swami is done with his portions. "Just finished my last shot for Bogan. Planning to take a break for a few days, travel. Enjoy the teaser when it comes out. C u all later! [sic]" he revealed the news on Twitter.
The forthcoming Tamil movie will hit the screens on December 23 on the occasion of Christmas.
