The wedding of politician and mining baron Janardhana Reddy's daughter Brahmani has become the talk of the town. It is said to be the costliest marriage that the people of Karnataka have ever witnessed.

Janardhana Reddy has left no stone unturned to make the wedding a talk of the town. Starting from the wedding invitation to the marriage venue, he has opted only for the expensive and best things.

The wedding is held on 36 acres of land at the sprawling Bengaluru Palace Grounds. Shashidhar Adapa has erected the lavish set, reminding people of the glory of Vijaya Nagara Empire, filled with villages, temples, markets and homes.

As the arrangements indicate, the wedding has been witnessed by huge gathering of over 50,000 guests. People from political fraternity, business magnets and cine stars were present at the venue to wish the couple as the couple start their new journey in their lives. 

Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara, DK Shivakumar, BJP State President BS Yedurappa, Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala and many other politicians attended the wedding. 

Among film stars, Puneeth Rajkumar, Ravichandran, Geetha Shivarajkumar, director Sai Prakash, Jayanthi, Dwarakish with his son Yogish, Jaggesh, Srinath, Ganesh, Bullet Prakash, Telugu comedian Brahmanandam, Sharath Babu, B Sarojadevi, Malashri, Saikumar, Sadhu Kokila, Suman, KFCC President Sa Ra Govindu, Tamil actor and secretary of Nadigar Sangam, Vishal Krishna and many others were spotted at the marriage. 

If it is not enough, celebrities from Bollywood and Tollywood are expected to attend the couple's wedding reception in big numbers.  

21-year old Brahmani is a BBM graduate, who has tied the knot with 25-year-old Rajiv Reddy, son of Hyderabad-based Vikram Deva Reddy. The groom is said to be a successful industrialist, who looks after his father's overseas business operations. It is rumoured that they own gold and diamond mines in South Africa.
