Amritsar, March 27 (ANI): Senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley on Thursday rubbished Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi's remark that the BJP's campaign bubble will burst like it did in 2004. Reacting over the Congress manifesto, Jaitley said that the promises made in the manifesto will not help Congress win the elections. The people will judge on the performance.
